  inaDRAWER are one of the most fabulous companies I have ever dealt with for any services in relation to any of our homes. Their service is absolutely exceptional. I contacted inaDRAWER to enquire regarding drawers for my pantry cupboards and also for a customized bin drawer. The bin drawer was something no one wanted to know about or help me with - I had two kitchen companies out both of whom didn't even bother to send me quotes. Michelle was amazing. She got me to take photos and measurements, listened to my criteria and then came back with options for me.

  The bins they have provided and the lengths they went to in order to fit them in a non-standard width drawer are sensational.

  When the new front was installed on my bin drawer the height of the moulding was ever so slightly off. – If you looked from a certain angle then you could see the customization job behind that was done. This wasn’t good enough for Dwain and he called Michelle and they told me what had occurred and why and that they were ordering a new front and Dwain then came back with the new front once it had been manufactured, painted etc.

  On the day of installation Dwain was excellent. He didn’t just come in and bang drawers wherever he felt best. Rather, he spent about 15 mins with me planning out what I wanted to store in each drawer and had pieces or wood the same height as the drawers which he put on the bench and we mapped out the position and size of each drawer.
